Body Bronze History

Body Bronze Tanning and Travel has been in business for more than 22 years and has been under new management for seven months. Terri and James Pancari, along with Mary Salazar took over the business in January 2008, However, the Parks family originally started Body Bronze in 1986 and Jim and Judy Watts took over the salon in March 1992. Terri, James, and Mary purchased Body Bronze Tanning and Travel from Teresa, Brian and Judy Watts in January of 2008.

James Pancari is a 25 year resident of Florida and is currently a United States Coast Guard Reserve Master Chief. James recently completed his Criminal Justice Degree at St Leo University. Terri Pancari is a 26 year resident of Florida and is a Registered Nurse. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Mary Salazar has been a resident of Melbourne, Florida since 1983. Mary graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1989 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and also completed her Master of Business from Embry Riddle University in Daytona in 1991. She moved here from Sacramento, California and has traveled with the military since 1975. She retired from the United States Coast Reserve in August 2008. Mary has worked at many start-up corporations in Florida. She is presently managing the business at Body Bronze located in Merritt Island, Florida.
